His innovative approach to construction techniques and materials, coupled with an unwavering adherence to deadlines, are at the forefront of the success of his firm. Moreover, Rick is passionately dedicated to personally connecting with each client and working to deliver exceptional results. 

Rob Wadsworth is a distinguished figure in the realm of Land Acquisition and Community Development. Renowned for his astute business acumen and visionary outlook, he brings an impressive 34 years of experience in Land Acquisition and Development and a robust financial background to the forefront of Kirbor Homes. Rob is well-versed in managing complex financial transactions involving multiple banks and joint ventures.

Beyond being a co-owner of Kirbor Homes, Rob actively collaborates with Rick and the team, influencing the company's land acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
